Dr. Alison Lamphear | Founder, CEO
Alison Lamphear, DDS, FAGD, worked in the private sector for years before starting her career with the Department of Justice.
She found her passion in the challenges of treating medically and mentally compromised incarcerated
patients as the Chief Dental Officer at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisons.
She is a problem solver, a visionary, and a founding member of OMNI.
Dusty Klingler | Founder, CTO
Dusty already had 15 years of IT under his belt before starting his career with the
Department of Justice. He will soon be retiring from a 20-year career at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners,
ensuring all computers, networks, and applications were secure and functioning properly.
He is a founding member of OMNI, handles back-end development, security, hardware integration, and so much more.
Nic Lamphear | Founder, COO
Nic Lamphear began his career as an Architect with the Department of Justice in 2010
and has worked at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners for the last 13 years.
He has 16 years of front-end code experience and over 20 more at CAD, 3D modeling, digital and print media.
He is a founding member of OMNI, handles all front-end development, product design, UX/UI and much more.
Linda Sanders | Senior Advisor
Linda Sanders is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of federal law enforcement/correctional experience.
Retiring as a Warden from the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons,
she served as a Warden for more than 16 years of her 30-year federal career.
She provided oversight to large, multi-mission correctional complexes and prison medical facilities.
Dr. Rick DeMier | Senior Advisor
Rick DeMier, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist who is board-certified in forensic psychology.
He is retired from the Department of Justice,
where he performed court-ordered evaluations at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners for 22 years.
At that facility, he developed expertise in inmate behavior to augment his traditional clinical skills.
Since leaving that agency, he has continued to perform forensic evaluations,
and he regularly provides consultation during civilian criminal trials and military courts-martial.
He is the past president of the American Board of Forensic Psychology.
Mike Cantrell | Senior Advisor
Host of The Prison Officer Podcast,
Mike Cantrell has been in corrections for over 29 years.
He has recently retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons as the Chief of the Office of Emergency Preparedness.
He has certifications as an instructor for firearms, less lethal, and disturbance control.
He is also a leading expert in the area of correctional breaching.
He is a writer, content creator, and speaker on leadership and crisis management.
